Extra training sessions, beyond what onboarding included
The engagement included one CMS training session at handoff. The client's team keeps requesting additional sessions for new hires as they join.
The proposal included one one-hour CMS training session at handoff, delivered and attended by the marketing team at the time. Over the following months, as the client hires new marketing staff, each new hire's manager asks for "a quick training session" to get them up to speed — reasonable from each manager's perspective, but a repeating request that the original single session was never meant to cover indefinitely.

How this usually resolves
A one-time recorded training video is often the best answer to a recurring new-hire training need — it costs the agency one session's worth of time total, solves the client's actual ongoing problem, and avoids either side having to negotiate every new hire individually.
